Ms Mahoney was to be a federal grand jury witness on, among other things, that Clinton, as President, from time to time, met in or near the White House, with the reputed head of the Red Chinese Secret Police, Wang Jun. He also headed Polytechnologies, Inc., the Red Chinese military owned and operated company producing and marketing Ak-47 submachines guns. Ms Mahoney was a reported witness as to Wang Jun receiving from Clinton as U.S. President and U.S. Commander-in-Chief, United States industrial, financial, and MILITARY secrets. The firm headed by Wang Jun reportedly shipped or attempted to smuggle into the U.S., quantities of the submachine guns headed for delivery to inner-city narco-terrorist street gangs. The purpose? Apparently to destablize the U.S. government by promoting violent shoot-em-ups with big city police. For the four years he was purported "Independent" Counsel, Kenneth W. Starr had as a PRIVATE law client Wang Jun. Is it any wonder that during the 50 million dollar episode of Starr's alleged investigation of Bill and Hillary, that all he came up was a sex episode?

Ms Mahoney was assassinated at the Starbucks Coffee Shop, in an intelligence-agency style "hit", in the heart of the District of Colombia, right near the Naval Observatory, adjacent to the official residence of then Vice President Albert Gore, Jr (4). For a long time, the local authorities, claiming "short of manpower" reportedly did not make the time to investigate the murder. I and others went thereafter on various radio talk shows where permitted, and discussed the failure of the local authorities and the FBI to investigate. Thereafter, on a cold trail, the FBI claimed they had the "lone nut" assassin, an itinerant nobody.

According to the frightened head of a medical clinic, some distance from the Clinton White House, who was promised anonymity by an interviewer, the following occurred:

A U.S. Secret Service guard, on his shift in the Clinton White House, had as an assigned task, to open or close certain designated doors. He reportedly opened a door, and routinely shined his flashlight in there. He saw what he claimed was the then First Lady, Hillary Rodham Clinton, in flagrante delicto, wriggling together with another woman, both naked. The other woman reportedly being Mary Caitrin Mahoney. The medical clinic chief doctor contends he examined the identification document of the Secret Service guard who arrived at the clinic bleeding profusely from his head. The doctor asked: What happened? Answer: I saw something on my shift I was not supposed to know. The First Lady grabbed a heavy metal object, apparently an ash tray, and struck me in the head. Question: Why have you come such a distance while bleeding, to have your head wound treated here? Are there not medical facilities in or near the White House? Answer: my supervisor said I have to get help a distance away, to cause no White House problems.

While the doctor and his associates stitched up the wounded head, as part of his record keeping, he took pictures of the Secret Service guard, his credentials, pictures and x-rays of the wound before and after treatment, and related matters. In relating this to an interviewer, he emphasized, "If you reveal my identity, and that of my relative that put you in touch with me, we are both DEAD. Do you understand?" The interviewer assured the doctor by mentioning various past episodes where he absolutely refused to divulge witnesses and sources.

Why was Mary Caitrin Mahoney murdered? Because she was prepared to testify about certain details of White House treason? Because her eyewitness testimony reportedly as to Hillary, might cut off Hillary's political ambitions?

Crashing boats, cursing and skillful maneuvers by the best fishermen; Bristol Bay on the Fourth of July resembles The Deadliest Catch meets the Tour de France. We Alaska fishermen are stubborn, competitive yet cooperative when necessary, a strange mixture of self-interest and fair play. We'll risk our lives and boats to save other fishermen. Dr. Hamer discovered that every disease originates from a shock or trauma that catches us completely by surprise. The moment the unexpected conflict occurs, the shock strikes a specific area in the brain causing a lesion (later called Hamer Focus (HH-Hamerscher Herd)), visible on a brain scan as a set of sharp concentric rings. Before Dr. Hamer identified these ringed lesions in the brain, radiologists considered them as artifacts created by a glitch in the machine. But Siemens, a manufacturer of computer tomography equipment, certified that these target lesions cannot be artifacts because even when the tomography is repeated and taken from different angles, the same ring formation always appears in the same location.

The brain cells that receive the conflict impact send a biochemical signal to the corresponding body cells causing the growth of a tumor, a meltdown of tissue or functional loss, depending on which brain layer receives the shock. The reason specific conflicts are irrefutably tied to specific areas in the brain is that, during our historical evolution, each brain area was programmed to respond instantly to conflicts that could threaten our survival. While the brain stem (the oldest part of the brain) is programmed with basic survival issues like breathing, reproduction and food, the cerebrum (the youngest part of the brain) is more concerned with social and territorial themes. Dr. Hamer also discovered that every disease progresses through two phases: first, a conflict active phase, characterized by emotional stress, cold extremities, a lack of appetite, and sleeplessness, and then, provided we manage to resolve the conflict, a healing phase. This is the period in which the psyche, the brain and the corresponding organ undergo the phase of recovery, an often difficult process marked by fatigue, fever, inflammation, infection, and pain.

Dr. Hamer called his findings “The Five Biological Laws of the New Medicine”, since his research is in full accordance with the natural laws of embryology and with evolutionary logic. Over the years, Dr. Hamer has been able to confirm his discoveries with over 40,000 case studies. The result of his scientific work is the creation of a “Psyche-Brain-Organ” chart that outlines the disease, the content of the biological conflict that cause it, where the corresponding lesion can be seen on a brain scan, how the disease manifests itself in the conflict active phase, and what can be expected in the healing phase (publications).

Dr. Hamer’s research radically upsets the many existing theories of conventional medicine. His explanation of disease as a meaningful interplay between the psyche, the brain and the corresponding organ refutes the view that disease occurs by chance or as a result of a mistake of nature. Based on sound scientific criteria, German New Medicine shatters the myths of malignant cancer cells or of destructive microbes and identifies "infectious diseases" as well as cancerous tumors as natural biological emergency measures, in practice for millions of years, designed to save the organism and not, as we have been taught, to destroy it. Diseases such as cancer lose their frightening image and are recognized as meaningful special biological survival programs every human being is born with.

In October 1981, Dr. Hamer presented his research to the University of Tübingen as a post-doctoral thesis. The objective was to have his findings tested on equivalent cases so that German New Medicine could be taught to all medical students and patients could benefit from the discoveries as soon as possible. But to his great surprise, the University committee rejected his work and refused to evaluate his thesis, an unprecedented case in the history of universities. There was yet another surprise. Shortly after he had handed in his thesis, Dr. Hamer was given the ultimatum to either deny his findings or his contract would not be renewed. It was extremely difficult for him to understand why he was being expelled from the clinic for presenting well-substantiated scientific findings. After his dismissal, he retreated to his private practice where he continued his research. Several attempts to open a private clinic failed because of concerted efforts opposing it. Letters of Dr. Hamer’s patients to health officials remained unanswered or were returned with the comment: “Not applicable!”. The firm position of the authorities has not changed.

In 1985, after 29 years of marriage and the raising of four children, Sigrid Hamer died. She had never really recovered from the grief over the death of her son and the relentless intimidation by the Savoy family.

The harassment of Dr. Hamer culminated in 1986, when a court sentence stopped him from practicing medicine. Despite the fact that his scientific work had never been disproved, he lost, at the age of 51, his medical license on the grounds that he refused to renounce his findings on the origin of cancer and to conform to the principles of official medicine. Deprived of a medical license, Dr. Hamer now relied on other doctors to obtain brain scans and patients’ records. But he was determined to continue his work. By 1987 Dr. Hamer had already analyzed over 10,000 cases and was able to expand his discovery of the Five Biological Laws of German New Medicine to practically all diseases known in medicine. Meanwhile, the press and the medical establishment stopped at nothing to attack him and his work. Tabloid journalists and medical “experts” portray Dr. Hamer as a charlatan, a self acclaimed miracle healer, a cult leader, an irrational outsider, or an insane criminal who denied cancer patients the ‘life-saving’ conventional treatments.

In 1997 Dr. Hamer was arrested and sentenced to 19 months in prison for having given three people free medical information without a medical license. By contrast, in 1991, thirteen years after he had killed Dirk Hamer, Victor Emanuel of Savoy had been sentenced to a mere 6 months probation for the illegal possession of a weapon. When Dr. Hamer was arrested, the police searched his patient files. Subsequently, one public prosecutor was forced to admit during the trial that, after MORE THAN five years, of 6,500 patients with mostly ‘terminal’ cancer, 6,000 were still alive. And so, ironically, it was his opponents that provided the actual statistics attesting to German New Medicine’s remarkable success rate. Yet, to this day (see document March 12, 2008), the University of Tübingen refuses, despite court orders in 1986 and 1994, to test Dr. Hamer’s scientific work. Similarly, official medicine refuses to approve German New Medicine despite its numerous verifications by both physicians and professorial associations.

On September 9th, 2004, Dr. Hamer was arrested at his home in Spain. Following a European extradition order, Dr. Hamer was extradited to France, where he was held in the French prison Fleury-Mérogis. Dr. Hamer was sentenced to three years in prison without probation. The charges: “fraud and the complicity in the illegal practice of medicine” He has been charged and found responsible for the deaths of French citizens due to the availability of his publications in French. When police investigators begin amassing evidence at a crime scene, the bits and pieces of the puzzle begin to take shape. Usually, with several trained men and women working together to come up with an answer, the intent and actions of the perpetrator are almost always revealed.

Since my core training and experience over many years was as a state level enforcement officer, I have worked crime scenes that were large, complex and conflicting. With enough time, effort and resolve, we too, were able to bring the bad guys to account.

You certainly do not have to be a trained state trooper—or any other level police agent—to use common sense, logic and knowledge, to assess the crime scene that has become the socialist states of amerika.

I continue to be at a loss to explain how it is that so many tens of millions of amerikans simply do not see the utter destruction of their former republic by socialists, one worlders, deviates, liars and thieves. The men in black have been roving the country flashing their memory erasers around the clock. Let’s take a check on how things are really going.

Our nation’s police forces prior to the criminal thug Richard Nixon were centered on community policing. MOST of their time was spent on looking for, identifying, and monitoring criminals, and responding to unusual or dangerous events that were beyond the control of ordinary folks. We appreciated those officers and were proud to say, “he is OUR Cop!” We knew that we could talk to him, kid him, see him play adult softball, and sit across from him in church. We watched him shed tears when one of our kids didn’t make it home after a night of drinking and driving. We remembered him at Christmas, because he didn’t make much you know.

I said “him” because back then, there were no women in the ranks.

As government began its sickening expansion, policing became a meaner and nastier job. It was made that way by badge wearing thugs who didn’t hesitate to do whatever they were told by the S.A.C. (Special Agent in Charge) of the FBI, BATF(E), US Marshal’s Office right down to armed poultry inspectors—yes they have them and they are really tough on criminal chickens. The “us against them” mentality, and the “mission essential” attitude justified SWAT teams, “dynamic entries,” and later use of MACE, TASERS, FLASHBANG GRENADES and “routine” use of SUBMACHINE guns. All in the name of “taking down” the accused—no matter the charge. I abhor such police tactics and was an officer that served my own warrants, rarely with one other officer at the back door.

Now we have become eaves-dropping, roadblock setting, door crashing, face grinding, arm breaking, pursuit driven bastards that have sold their asses to the government masters hell bent on establishing the TRUE reincarnation of the dreaded SS. That is NO overstatement. Note: There are significant numbers of officers at all levels that simply detest the forced training at FEMA centers, the requirements to stop Patriots and others simply because they “look” dangerous, and are exercising free speech statements on their vehicles. By whose ultimate authority does this take place? By whose ultimate judgment is it that it is necessary to harass INNOCENT drivers and families? The public sees this Gestapo mentality as far more of a danger than any stickers they put on their vehicles? Where are all these “faithful” enforcers of the law when it comes to confronting the unlawful, unconstitutional, unjustifiable, and unmerciful rotten bunch of usurpers, communists, atheists, deviated, immoral scungebuckets that are walking the halls of Congress, the White House, and the Federal Courts? How is it that the “get ‘em at any cost” morons at Homeland Security have created an environment in amerika that is an unwarranted intrusion of power in 186 other nations?
And all of this is done in the name of safety and security. I guess that a majority of ignorant buffoons really do believe that Barack Sotero is the Messiah and he does hold the keys to socialist paradise in his hands.

So, once again, I implore those officers of the law who are in grave doubt about the legitimate authenticity of their superiors in any agency, to simply read the constitution, re-read their oath of office, seek out retired officers for guidance, and remember this very carefully—to brutalize citizens in the pursuit of order, is a guaranteed recipe for resistance. PLEASE do not pit yourselves (all 650,000 officers at all levels in the US) against a seething and angry populace who outnumber you 5000 to 1. Believe me; you want all of us working with you, not against you.

Have you been made aware of the massive roadblock plans to stop all travelers for a vaccine bracelet (stainless steel band with a micro-chip on board) that will force you to take the shot? Refuse it? You will be placed on a prison bus and taken to a quarantine camp. What will you do when your children are NOT allowed into school without the shot? What will you do when you are not allowed into the workplace without the vaccine paperwork? Buy groceries? Go to the bank? Shop anywhere?? Get on a plane, bus or train? Use the toilet in the mall? Nope. Police officers will become loathed, feared, despised and remembered for their “official” duties.

This nation is racing at interceptor speed toward a day of reckoning that has never been dreamed of. The lack of common sense, unusual brutality, and unintended consequences of the days of fall and winter will turn our overweight, undereducated, unchurched, and unprepared society into a wasteland of the abused and uncared for leftovers.

The recent training session in Crystal Falls gave people from all over the Midwest, an opportunity to taste independence, teamwork and hope. The singleness of purpose and deep caring for others who an half hour before were unknowns, proved to us all that freedom, honesty, personal skills based on common sense and preparation REALLY DO WORK!! We will never forget that time together. The caring folks who have asked me to come and speak to them about these same issues are precious examples of Americans who are willing to make the effort to have someone—ANYONE—help them see some daylight. We are beginning to make a difference, thanks to them.

The reason hundreds of others have sent for the DVD seminar, is because they could not get to a live seminar. They have seen the need, are sharing the information and are 100 to 1 grateful for it. One guy calling himself the “anti-rights American” told me precisely what he thought of me and others like me (implied). I cannot state it here. One other said it was useless to him since he was a Viet Nam veteran involved with MAC-SOG training and forward combat experience. I replied to him that many of the folks who were thrilled and let us know that, were not in his league. You decide, and no matter how I would like to be one of hundreds providing this service, I am one of a VERY few. I am told that no one else is willing to commit to a live audience or DVD, the things that I say.

That was certainly true of the issues covered at the in-field session held last week. It is time to lay down some plans that will get you through the galactic storm that is almost upon us. Do all you can. Do what you must. If you hesitate, you will become a quarantine camp victim or a casualty.

I have hundreds of police officers at all levels and military men placing their careers on the line with information that confirms every shred of the worst case scenario. You have been warned thousands of times, and yet you dismiss me and many others out of hand as nut-jobs, because we went out to the twig part of the branch to bring you information that freedom loving true remnant patriots must have.

Funny, now that I think of it, Hologix had several contractors from India working there. Hologix was a software development company and the folks from India certainly didn't work as janitors.......... and to think that these people in AZ and Calif. are worried about illegal immigrants working in the fields.... hmmmmmmmm and OMG.

I am wondering if Blackwater's employees that are in Iraq and Afghanistan have green cards to be in those countries? Very interesting thoughts, eh?

Washington, Feb 10 (IANS) In 2009, India accounted for the third highest increase in the number of illegal immigrants in the US in ten years, according to a new government report, though only two percent of all illegal immigrants were Indians.

The number of illegal immigrants in the US fell by seven percent to 10.8 million last year.

A majority of them came from Latin America, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) report, though India with 200,000 was the sixth biggest sender of illegal immigrants to the US.

In overall numbers, Indians accounted for only two percent of illegal immigrants. Mexico (6.7 million) topped the list with 62 percent, followed by those from El Salvador (530,000), Guatemala (480,000), Honduras (320,000) and the Philippines (270,000).

Between 2000 and 2009, the Mexican-born unauthorised immigrants increased by two million or 42 percent. But the greatest percentage increases occurred among unauthorised immigrants from Honduras (95 percent), Guatemala (65 percent), and India (64 percent).

“The number of unauthorised residents declined by one million between 2007 and 2009, coincident with the US economic downturn,” said the report based on census data and extrapolations from the total foreign population in the country.

Beside the US and global financial crisis, other reasons the report adduces for the drop in the undocumented population include tougher border enforcement and a national crackdown on illegal immigrants.

The overall annual average increase in the unauthorised population during the 2000-09 period was 250,000 with ten leading countries of origin representing 85 percent of the unauthorised immigrant population in 2009.

Of the nearly 11 million undocumented people living in the US in January 2009, 37 percent, or four million, arrived since January 2000, 44 percent since the 1990s and 19 percent since the 1980s, the DHS said.

Between January 2008 and January 2009, the number of unauthorised immigrants living in the US decreased seven percent from 11.6 million to 10.8 million after growing from 8.5 million to 11.8 million between 2000 and 2007, DHS said.

An estimated 8.5 million of the 10.8 million unauthorised immigrants living in the US in 2009 were from the North America region, including Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America. The next leading regions of origin were Asia (980,000) and South America (740,000).

California remained the leading state of residence of the illegal immigrants in 2009, with 2.6 million, followed by Texas (1.7 million), Florida (720,000), New York (550,000) and Illinois (540,000).

California’s share of the national total was 24 percent in 2009 compared to 30 percent in 2000. The greatest percentage increase in the illegal population between 2000 and 2009 occurred in Georgia (115 percent), Nevada (55 percent) and Texas (54 percent).

In 2009, 61 percent of unauthorised immigrants were aged 25 to 44 years, and 58 percent were male. Males accounted for 62 percent of the illegal population in the 18 to 34 age group in 2009 while females accounted for 52 percent of the 45 and older age groups.

Sat, May 1 2010PARIS (Reuters) - French police have broken an illegal immigrant trafficking ring in Europe that was smuggling Vietnamese migrants over to Britain, the French Ministry of Immigration said Friday.

Twelve suspected migrant traffickers were arrested in France, while six other members of the ring were caught in the Czech Republic, the ministry said.

The gang was suspected of having brought over around 100 illegal immigrants and the ringleaders were estimated to have made some 80,000 euros ($100,000) in the month of June 2009 alone, French authorities said.

The arrests come just a few months after European police agency Europol said that it had dismantled an Iraqi-run people smuggling ring that had transported hundreds of illegal immigrants from Belgium into Britain.

Canadians: The Other Illegal Immigrants
With so much attention focused on illegal immigrants from the south there has been scant notice of a far more insidious infiltration from our porous border in the north. No one knows how many illegal immigrants from Canada currently reside in the United States. And it is extremely difficult to find out since Canadians, unlike Mexicans, look and speak just like normal Americans. The fact that they are able to blend in so easily makes them, in my mind, even more threatening to our way of life than immigrants from other countries. Some of you might not even realize that Canada is an entirely separate country. Some of your neighbors and co-workers may be Canadian and you might have no idea. Aside from overuse of the word "eh?" and excessive drinking of Molson, many Canadians (at least the English-speaking ones) seem just like us on the outside. Many people don't realize that Canadians have already infiltrated places of power in our country. Ultra-liberal anchorman Peter Jennings was Canadian. Saturday Night Live producer Lorne Michaels is Canadian. The director of the biggest-grossing movie of all time, Titanic, James Cameron, is Canadian. Jeopardy host Alex Trebek is Canadian. Most shocking of all, Pamela Anderson is also Canadian.

The effect of Canadians on our economy is devastating. Unlike Mexicans, Canadians take jobs from Americans that Americans actually want. Another way Canadians are destabilizing our economy is by replacing our money with theirs. How many times have you gotten change in a store only to realize when you get home that you were given a practically worthless Canadian penny or dime?

Canadians might seem harmless but many of them hold dangerously liberal ideas. Canada, after all, is a country that has gay marriage and socialized medicine. They have decriminalized marijuana and made hate speech illegal. Most Canadians oppose the Iraq War and Canada welcomed draft dodgers during the Vietnam War. It is no accident that many of the blue states border Canada, which is a clear illustration of how their dangerous ideas have seeped into our own country. There was even some traitorous talk after the 2004 election in Blue States of seceding and joining Canada, an idea that was no doubt encouraged by the Canadians in our midst. And it is not only Canadians who sneak into our country and weaken our will. Many terrorists come to the United States through Canada, which has notriously weak immigration laws. They might not care who comes into their country but we do.

I don't know what can be done about this problem. Our border with Canada is very long but I think that is all the more reason that we get started on building an electrified fence along the border as soon as possible. Identifying Canadians who are already here is trickier. You can't identify them the way Germans in World War II were identified by asking them about baseball since Canadians have baseball, too. Perhaps the Defense Department could work on a series of tests that would identify likely Canadians. Americans should be aware of some of the tell-tale signs of Canadians such as the strange way they spell certain words ("defence" instead of "defense," for example). Perhaps the faces and names of Canadians could be posted on Internet sites the way sex offenders are so that people will know if there are Canadians in their neighborhood and keep an eye on them. So far, no one has come up with a good solution to the problem--and it may already be too late.

Photograph by Dorothea LangeThe Bracero Program (from the Spanish word brazo, meaning "arm") was a series of laws and diplomatic agreements, initiated by an August 1942 exchange of diplomatic notes between the United States and Mexico, for the importation of temporary contract laborers from Mexico to the United States. After the expiration of the initial agreement in 1947, the program was continued in agriculture under a variety of laws and administrative agreements until its formal end in 1964.

"Mexican workers await legal employment in the United States", Mexicali, 1954In the 1930s, during the Great Depression, over 500,000 Mexican Americans were deported or pressured to leave, during the Mexican Repatriation. There were thus fewer Mexican Americans available when labor demand returned with World War II.

The Bracero Program was initially prompted by a demand for manual labor during World War II, and begun with the U.S. government bringing in a few hundred experienced Mexican agricultural laborers to harvest sugar beets in the Stockton, California area. The program soon spread to cover most of the United States and provided workers for the agriculture labor market (with the notable exception was Texas, who initially opted out of the program in preference of an "open border" policy, and were denied braceros by the Mexican government until 1947 due to perceived mistreatment of Mexican laborers[1]). As an important corollary, the railroad bracero program was independently negotiated to supply U.S. railroads initially with unskilled workers for track maintenance but eventually to cover other unskilled and skilled labor. By 1945, the quota for the agricultural program was more than 75,000 braceros working in the U.S. railroad system and 50,000 braceros working in U.S. agriculture at any one time.

The railroad program ended with the conclusion of World War II, in 1945.

At the behest of U.S. growers, who claimed ongoing labor shortages, the program was extended under a number of acts of congress until 1948. Between 1948 and 1951, the importation of Mexican agricultural laborers continued under negotiated administrative agreements between growers and the Mexican Government. On July 13, 1951, President Truman signed Public Law 78, a two-year program which embodied formalized protections for Mexican laborers. The program was renewed every two years until 1963, when, under heavy criticism, it was extended for a single year with the understanding it would not be renewed. After the formal end of the agricultural program lasted until 1964, there were agreements covering a much smaller number of contracts until 1967, after which no more braceros were granted.[2]

833. A peace officer may search for dangerous weapons any person
whom he has legal cause to arrest, whenever he has reasonable cause
to believe that the person possesses a dangerous weapon. If the
officer finds a dangerous weapon, he may take and keep it until the
completion of the questioning, when he shall either return it or
arrest the person. The arrest may be for the illegal possession of
the weapon.

833.2. (a) It is the intent of the Legislature to encourage law
enforcement and county child welfare agencies to develop protocols in
collaboration with other local entities, which may include local
educational, judicial, correctional, and community-based
organizations, when appropriate, regarding how to best cooperate in
their response to the arrest of a caretaker parent or guardian of a
minor child, to ensure the child's safety and well-being.
(b) The Legislature encourages the Department of Justice to apply
to the federal government for a statewide training grant on behalf of
California law enforcement agencies, with the purpose of enabling
local jurisdictions to provide training for their law enforcement
officers to assist them in developing protocols and adequately
addressing issues related to child safety when a caretaker parent or
guardian is arrested.

833.5. (a) In addition to any other detention permitted by law, if
a peace officer has reasonable cause to believe that a person has a
firearm or other deadly weapon with him or her in violation of any
provision of law relating to firearms or deadly weapons the peace
officer may detain that person to determine whether a crime relating
to firearms or deadly weapons has been committed.
For purposes of this section "reasonable cause to detain" requires
that the circumstances known or apparent to the officer must include
specific and articulable facts causing him or her to suspect that
some offense relating to firearms or deadly weapons has taken place
or is occurring or is about to occur and that the person he or she
intends to detain is involved in that offense. The circumstances must
be such as would cause any reasonable peace officer in like
position, drawing when appropriate on his or her training and
experience, to suspect the same offense and the same involvement by
the person in question.
(b) Incident to any detention permitted pursuant to subdivision
(a), a peace officer may conduct a limited search of the person for
firearms or weapons if the peace officer reasonably concludes that
the person detained may be armed and presently dangerous to the peace
officer or others. Any firearm or weapon seized pursuant to a valid
detention or search pursuant to this section shall be admissible in
evidence in any proceeding for any purpose permitted by law.
(c) This section shall not be construed to otherwise limit the
authority of a peace officer to detain any person or to make an
arrest based on reasonable cause.
(d) This section shall not be construed to permit a peace officer
to conduct a detention or search of any person at the person's
residence or place of business absent a search warrant or other
reasonable cause to detain or search.
(e) If a firearm or weapon is seized pursuant to this section and
the person from whom it was seized owned the firearm or weapon and is
convicted of a violation of any offense relating to the possession
of such firearm or weapon, the court shall order the firearm or
weapon to be deemed a nuisance and disposed of in the manner provided
by Section 12028.

834. An arrest is taking a person into custody, in a case and in
the manner authorized by law. An arrest may be made by a peace
officer or by a private person.

834a. If a person has knowledge, or by the exercise of reasonable
care, should have knowledge, that he is being arrested by a peace
officer, it is the duty of such person to refrain from using force or
any weapon to resist such arrest.

834b. (a) Every law enforcement agency in California shall fully
cooperate with the United States Immigration and Naturalization
Service regarding any person who is arrested if he or she is
suspected of being present in the United States in violation of
federal immigration laws.
(b) With respect to any such person who is arrested, and suspected
of being present in the United States in violation of federal
immigration laws, every law enforcement agency shall do the
following:
(1) Attempt to verify the legal status of such person as a citizen
of the United States, an alien lawfully admitted as a permanent
resident, an alien lawfully admitted for a temporary period of time
or as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of
immigration laws. The verification process may include, but shall not
be limited to, questioning the person regarding his or her date and
place of birth, and entry into the United States, and demanding
documentation to indicate his or her legal status.
(2) Notify the person of his or her apparent status as an alien
who is present in the United States in violation of federal
immigration laws and inform him or her that, apart from any criminal
justice proceedings, he or she must either obtain legal status or
leave the United States.
(3) Notify the Attorney General of California and the United
States Immigration and Naturalization Service of the apparent illegal
status and provide any additional information that may be requested
by any other public entity.
(c) Any legislative, administrative, or other action by a city,
county, or other legally authorized local governmental entity with
jurisdictional boundaries, or by a law enforcement agency, to prevent
or limit the cooperation required by subdivision (a) is expressly
prohibited.

834c. (a) (1) In accordance with federal law and the provisions of
this section, every peace officer, upon arrest and booking or
detention for more than two hours of a known or suspected foreign
national, shall advise the foreign national that he or she has a
right to communicate with an official from the consulate of his or
her country, except as provided in subdivision (d). If the foreign
national chooses to exercise that right, the peace officer shall
notify the pertinent official in his or her agency or department of
the arrest or detention and that the foreign national wants his or
her consulate notified.
(2) The law enforcement official who receives the notification
request pursuant to paragraph (1) shall be guided by his or her
agency's procedures in conjunction with the Department of State
Guidelines Regarding Foreign Nationals Arrested or Detained in the
United States, and make the appropriate notifications to the consular
officers at the consulate of the arrestee.
(3) The law enforcement official in charge of the custodial
facility where an arrestee subject to this subdivision is located
shall ensure that the arrestee is allowed to communicate with,
correspond with, and be visited by, a consular officer of his or her
country.
(b) The 1963 Vienna Convention on Consular Relations Treaty was
signed by 140 nations, including the United States, which ratified
the agreement in 1969. This treaty guarantees that individuals
arrested or detained in a foreign country must be told by police
"without delay" that they have a right to speak to an official from
their country's consulate and if an individual chooses to exercise
that right a law enforcement official is required to notify the
consulate.
(c) California law enforcement agencies shall ensure that policy
or procedure and training manuals incorporate language based upon
provisions of the treaty that set forth requirements for handling the
arrest and booking or detention for more than two hours of a foreign
national pursuant to this section prior to December 31, 2000.
(d) Countries requiring mandatory notification under Article 36 of
the Vienna Convention shall be notified as set forth in this section
without regard to an arrested or detained foreign national's request
to the contrary. Those countries, as identified by the United States
Department of State on July 1, 1999, are as follows:

​The conservative Washington Times newspaper recently pointed out that California law actually mirror's Arizona's controversial new immigration legislation that encourages police to verify the immigration status of suspects they believe are in the country illegally.

The paper quotes California Penal Code section 834b, which states that Golden State law enforcement officers should "fully cooperate with the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service regarding any person who is arrested if he or she is suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws."

Proponents of Arizona's law have argued that it simply mirrors federal immigration legislation that's been on the books for 70 years. (Strangely, Arizona's law is supported by some of the same conservatives who decry "big government" yet who don't mind adding this extra layer of bureaucracy when it comes to immigration).

The Times is right on this one. More of the California language:

With respect to any such person who is arrested, and suspected of being present in the United States in violation of federal immigration laws, every law enforcement agency shall do the following: (1) Attempt to verify the legal status of such person as a citizen of the United States, an alien lawfully admitted as a permanent resident, an alien lawfully admitted for a temporary period of time or as an alien who is present in the United States in violation of immigration laws. This sounds a lot like Arizona's law. In fact, in feels stronger than Arizona's law, which doesn't require cops to check illegal status, but rather encourages a "reasonable attempt" (as we noted previously): " ... A reasonable attempt shall be made [by law enforcement], when practicable, to determine the immigration status of the person."

Los Angeles police, however, are forbidden from carrying out this state directive under the department's own policy. Special Order 40, its backers argue, is in place so that residents who are here illegally don't fear calling police or cooperating in investigations. There are so many immigrants in L.A., the policy's backers have argued, that having them fear police, as they often did in their home countries, would make the LAPD's job that much more difficult when it comes to solving crimes.

It's true that Arizona's law mirrors federal legislation and, now, it appears to reflect California's own official policy on immigration enforcement. But that's besides the point. What backers of the Arizona law might not realize is that opposition is more concerned with the sentiment of the legislation, not its actual effect: If federal law already covers this turf, why bother? Police were free to do exactly what the desert state's SB 1070 outlines.

Opponents of the law, many Latino, feel that this unnecessary move was made precisely to fan the flames of anti-immigrant sentiment, particularly within the Republican party's right wing. It's something they've seen time again: When the economy goes south, it's the illegal immigrant's fault (even as they too go south because work here has dried up). Forget the fact that we all benefit from his labor, from the food on our tables to the shine of the chrome on our cars to the cut of our lawns. Forget the fact that nearly one-third of all illegals aren't from Mexico. We need a villain right now, and he's brown.

The point is that laws like Arizona's hurt the feelings of Latinos who for generations have been trying to prove their American-ness only to be told time and again that the way they look could make them suspect.

A group of black workers is suing the world's largest poultry meat producer, accusing it of tolerating a racist workplace where African Americans were routinely abused and a "whites only" sign was pinned to the lavatory door.
Tyson Foods is accused by 13 workers of maintaining a segregated system in a break area at one of its plants in Ashland, Alabama, that was "reminiscent of the Jim Crow era".
In addition to the posting of the "whites only" sign, the workers allege that the lavatory was padlocked and only white workers were given a key, that workers hung a noose in one of the recreation rooms and annotated a picture of monkeys with the names of black staff. When the workers complained, they say the plant manager told them the facilities had been locked because they were "nasty, dirty [and] behaved like children".


Workers launch mail campaign to boycott Tyson pepperoni at Pizza Hut

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW) is launching a direct mail and e-mail campaign asking about a half-million American families to boycott Tyson Foods by not ordering pepperoni on their Pizza Hut pizzas.

According to a UFCW release, the mailing also asks Pizza Hut customers to contact the chain and request it make its pizzas "Tyson-free."

The group also has a Web site explaining its plight.

The dispute between the company and the workers arose in late February when Tyson demanded workers accept a complete elimination of the pension plan for all future workers, cost increases for health insurance and a wage freeze on top of a wage cut.

According to the release, the Tyson cuts are part of "a national campaign to roll back corporate greed in response to Tyson's effort to rollover striking workers at a highly profitable pepperoni plant in Jefferson, Wis."

The United States Constitution was established to ensure and "secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity." The Declaration of Independence declares, "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

As a result of the discriminatory law aimed directly at non-white Mexicans, the state of Arizona is in violation of the democratic rights guaranteed in the Constitution and the revolutionary intent of the Declaration of Independence. My liberties could personally be curtailed by police action in Arizona due to this legislation.

As a result, I pledge to boycott Arizona as a travel destination, and I pledge not to travel through Arizona.

In the movie Conspiracy Theory Mel Gibson says, "You know what they put in the water, don't you? Fluoride! Yeah, fluoride. On the pretext that it strengthens your teeth! That's ridiculous. You know what this stuff does to you? It actually weakens your will, takes away the capacity for free and creative thought. And makes you a slave to the state".

It turns out that that statement is true.

The following letter was received by the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research, Milwaukee Wisconsin, on 2 October 1954, from Mr. Charles Perkins, a chemist:

"I have your letter of September 29 asking for further documentation regarding a statement made in my book, The Truth About Water Fluoridation, to the effect that the idea of water fluoridation was brought to England from Russia by the Russian Communist Kreminoff. "In the 1930`s, Hitler and the German Nazi`s envisioned a world to be dominated and controlled by a Nazi philosophy of pan-Germanism.

The German chemists worked out a very ingenious and far-reaching plan of mass-control which was submitted to and adopted by the German General Staff. This plan was to control the population in any given area through mass medication of drinking water supplies. By this method they could control the population in whole areas, reduce population by water medication that would produce sterility in women, and so on. In this scheme of mass-control, sodium fluoride occupied a prominent place. ...

"Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts of fluoride will in time reduce an individual`s power to resist domination, by slowly poisoning and narcotizing a certain area of the brain, thus making him submissive to the will of those who wish to govern him.

"The real reason behind water fluoridation is not to benefit children`s teeth. If this were the real reason there are many ways in which it could be done that are much easier, cheaper, and far more effective. The real purpose behind water fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the masses to domination and control and loss of liberty.

"When the Nazis under Hitler decided to go into Poland, both the German General Staff and the Russian General Staff exchanged scientific and military ideas, plans, and personnel, and the scheme of mass control through water medication was seized upon by the Russian Communists because it fitted ideally into their plan to communize the world. ...

"I was told of this entire scheme by a German chemist who was an official of the great IG Farben chemical industries and was also prominent in the Nazi movement at the time. Quoting Einstein`s nephew, Dr. E.H. Bronner (a chemist who had also been a prisoner of war during WWII) in a letter printed in The Catholic Mirror, Springfield, MA, January 1952:

"There is a sinister network of subversive agents, Godless 'intellectual' parasites, working in our country today whose ramifications grow more extensive, more successful and more alarming each new year and whose true objective is to demoralize, paralyze and destroy our great Republic--from within if they can, according to their plan--for their own possession.

"The tragic success they have already attained in their long siege to destroy the moral fiber of American life is now one of their most potent footholds towards their own ultimate victory over us.

"Fluoridation of our community water systems can well become their most subtle weapon for our sure physical and mental deterioration. ..

Based on my years of practical experience in the health-food and chemical field, let me warn: fluoridation of drinking water is criminal insanity, sure national suicide. Don`t do it.

"Even in small quantities, sodium fluoride is a deadly poison to which no effective antidote has been found. Every exterminator knows that it is the most efficient rat-killer. ... Sodium fluoride is entirely different from organic calcium-fluoro-phosphate needed by our bodies and provided by nature, in God`s great providence and love, to build and strengthen our bones and our teeth. This organic calcium-fluoro-phosphate, derived from proper foods, is an edible organic salt, insoluble in water and assimilable by the human body, whereas the non-organic sodium fluoride used in fluoridating water is instant poison to the body and fully water soluble.

The body refuses to assimilate it. "Careful, bonafide laboratory experimentation by conscientious, patriotic research chemists, and actual medical experience, have both revealed that instead of preserving or promoting `dental health,` fluoridated drinking water destroys teeth, before adulthood and after, by the destructive mottling and other pathological conditions it actually causes in them, and also creates many other very grave pathological conditions in the internal organisms of bodies consuming it. How can it be called a "health" plan? What`s behind it?

"That any so-called "doctors" would persuade a civilized nation to add voluntarily a deadly poison to its drinking water systems is unbelievable. It is the height of criminal insanity. "No wonder Hitler and Stalin fully believed and agreed from 1939 to 1941 that, quoting from both Lenin`s Last Will and Hitler`s Mein Kampf:

"America we shall demoralize, divide, and destroy from within." ...

"Are our Civil Defense organizations and agencies awake to the perils of water poisoning by fluoridation? Its use has been recorded in other countries. Sodium fluoride water solutions are the cheapest and most effective rat killers known to chemists: colorless, odorless, tasteless; no antidote, no remedy, no hope: Instant and complete extermination of rats. ...

"Fluoridation of water systems can be slow national suicide, or quick national liquidation. It is criminal insanity--treason!"

Fluoride in Drugs Can Cause Planned Violence

Almost everyone has at least heard the recent news stories citing links between certain antidepressant drugs and suicides and even school shootings. Several surveys have shown that a majority of school shooters were taking SSRI- type antidepressants before they committed their heinous acts. What most people have not heard is that in most cases these were fluorinated drugs (Paxil and Prozac, etc.), the chemical structure of the drug included the toxic element fluorine.

A growing number of studies are showing that fluorine added to drugs and to drinking water can have a profound and prolonged harmful effect on the brain. At present, I am reviewing all the studies done on fluorinated pharmaceutical drugs and their effects on the brain. What I have found is shocking. There is a strong link between the use of many of these drugs and violent behavior, including homicides and suicides....

According to the "Physician's Desk Reference," used by doctors to prescribe medications, the commonly used fluorinated antibiotics Floxin, Levaquin, and Cipro can cause nightmares, psychotic reactions, paranoia, agitation, manic reactions, aggression and hostility, hallucinations, and even depersonalization, all symptoms associated with acts of homicide and suicide.

In fact, in their own clinical trials, pharmaceutical companies found homicides, homicidal acts, homicidal ideation, and aggressive behavior to be a side effect of the fluorinated medications. In addition, it was found that children with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) taking the medications experienced hostility episodes 17 times more often than depressed patients.

Of particular concern was the finding that 1.1 percent of healthy, psychiatrically normal people who took an SSRI anti-depressant experienced one or more hostile episodes, while none taking the placebo had such an event. How To Avoid Fluoride

The two most important things are to buy toothpaste without fluoride and to drink water without flouride.

Generally, only health food stores carry fluoride-free toothpaste. I once bought a tube of toothpaste that said that if toothpaste was accidentally swallowed, to go immediately to the nearest poison center! I wish I had saved that box, because they quickly replaced it with one without that label.

If you water is fluoridated, which it probably is unless you use well-water or rain water, the easiest and cheapest way to get fluoride out of your water is to drink only water that is filtered by reverse osmosis. You can buy a filter on ebay.com for about $80. We use 5 micrometer on the front end and 2 micrometer on the back end. We tried a smaller measurement but there was too much junk in our local water for it to work properly. You may want to also get a water cooler to put your 5 gallon bottles of filtered water into.
